How to run Mafia on one phone

One person is the host. They open the game, pick how many players (5 to 20), choose a mode, and optionally turn on Last Move Cards. Names are optional. Then the phone is passed around: each player taps to reveal their role, taps again to hide it, and hands the phone on. After that, night and day play happen out loud. The app does not run a chat or a live vote.

Game modes

Classic Mafia is the original party setup: townsfolk, a doctor, investigators, and a small mafia family. Mafia Nights is the popular scenario with specialty roles such as Matador, Dr Lecter, Constantine, and Natasha. Custom puts every available role on the table so you can build any setup. Auto Balance fills a suggested mix you can still edit.

Last Move Cards

If you enable them in settings, an eliminated player can draw a last-move card with a one-shot effect (for example Identity Reveal or Final Shot). There are 16 cards in the deck. You can leave them off for a simpler table.

What this version is not

It is a host tool for people sitting together. There are no online rooms, no matchmaking, and no text chat. Friends in another city cannot join the same table through this page.

Who it is for

Party nights that already know Mafia or Werewolf rules, groups that want Classic or Mafia Nights without printing cards, and hosts who need 5 to 20 seats on one phone. Role names and descriptions stay inside the game; this page does not rename them.

FAQ

Do we need a second phone?
No. One phone is enough. The host deals, and everyone else sees their card when the phone reaches them.

Can we play online with friends elsewhere?
No. This version is for one room. There are no rooms and no matchmaking.

Is a moderator required?
Yes, in the usual sense: someone acts as host, deals roles, and calls night and day. The app does not replace the spoken table.

Do I need to download anything?
No. It opens in your browser and it is free.
