How Finger Chooser works on one phone
Open the page, set the phone flat where everyone can reach it, and choose Solo or Group in Settings. Each person puts one finger on the screen. After the fingers stay still for about two seconds, Solo highlights one finger at random. Group shuffles the fingers into two color teams.
The screen reads up to five fingers. Solo needs at least two. Group needs four or five (2 v 2, or 2 v 3). If someone lifts a finger or adds a new one during the wait, the countdown starts over.
Solo and Group mode
Solo is for “who’s it?”: one finger wins. Group is for splitting the room before another game. Same color means same team. Switch the mode in Settings before you put fingers down.
Themes and sound
Sunset, Night, and Aurora change the background and the finger rings. Sound effects can be turned off. Preferences stay on that phone.
Who it is for
Use it when the group cannot agree who pays, who starts a board game, or how to make two teams. It is for people in the same place sharing one screen. There are no online rooms and no way to play with friends in another city.

Do I need to download anything?
No. It opens in your browser and it is free.
How many people can play?
Up to five fingers on one screen. Solo works with 2 to 5. Group needs 4 or 5.
Can we play from different phones?
No. Everyone uses the same phone or tablet. There are no rooms.
Does lifting a finger change the result?
Yes. Adding or lifting a finger during the wait restarts the countdown, so hold still until the rings finish.
