By accessing or using Slice Games — including browsing, playing games, creating an account, or purchasing Premium — you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

If you do not agree, do not use Slice Games. If you are using Slice Games on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these terms.

Slice Games provides free online browser games and related features such as accounts, progress sync, likes, and optional Premium upgrades. We may add, change, or remove games and features at any time.

Some games or features may require an account, an internet connection, or a supported browser or device. We do not guarantee that every game will work on every device or network.

You may create an account to sync progress, vote on games, and access Premium. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your login credentials secure.

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account, or the minimum age required in your country if higher. Do not share your account. You are responsible for activity that happens under your account.

Use Slice Games only for lawful, personal entertainment. Do not attempt to disrupt the service, cheat multiplayer or shared features in unfair ways, scrape or abuse our systems, reverse-engineer our software beyond what the law allows, or use the service to harm others.

We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe you have violated these terms or abused the service.

Slice Games, our branding, games, software, text, graphics, and other content are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may use the service for personal, non-commercial play. You may not copy, redistribute, sell, or create derivative works from our content except as expressly allowed by us or by law.

Some features may require a paid Premium subscription or one-time purchase. Prices, billing, and renewal details will be shown at checkout. Unless required by law, fees are generally non-refundable once charged.

If a purchase is processed by a third-party platform (for example an app store), that platform’s payment terms also apply.

Slice Games may link to or integrate third-party services (such as sign-in providers). We are not responsible for third-party sites or services. Their terms and privacy policies apply when you use them.

Slice Games is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components, or that content will always be accurate or complete.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Slice Games and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or (b) fifty US dollars (US$50).

You may stop using Slice Games at any time. We may suspend or end access to the service, or close accounts, if these terms are violated or if we discontinue the service. Provisions that by nature should survive (including intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability) will survive termination.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we do, we will change the “Last updated” date on this page. Continued use of Slice Games after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms. If you do not agree, stop using the service.
